SHIPPING POLICY

uniquen offers an online-marketplace / online-platform where (among other services) you can buy, bid on and sell “unique and exclusive” physical items through Online Auctions. Shipping prices and conditions are stated with the item or product description. Users who purchase items are referred to as Buyers while Users who sell items are referred to as Sellers.

Once Buyer payment has been consigned by uniquen, Sellers are obliged to send their sold item within 5 working days. Sellers are solely responsible for the items they offer and sell. Sellers are responsible for shipping the items to the buyer.

Once the Seller has the buyer’s bid item ready for delivery, we will email you an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary. Delivery estimates will be calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from the Seller to your destination address), based on the shipping speed (and therefore price) you've chosen. Transit times are calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward transit times. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating transit times. 

uniquen will release payment to Seller upon item or product delivery. uniquen, to the best of its ability and in compliance with our Terms of Use, will mediate between the Buyer and the Seller in case of a dispute about the bid and received item.
