REFUND POLICY
VIDEOS
You must pay the video upon request. If the requested video is not approved (please see our Terms of Service), your uniquen account will credited for the value of your purchase for you to redeem that credit by submitting a video request that complies with our Terms of Service. Credit balances are not refundable and, in order to comply with AML Directives, cannot be transferred to another user.
We understand that your delivered video may not meet your expectations, but once your requested video has been delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be no refunds on delivered Videos.
MEMORABILIA
Sellers are solely responsible for the items they offer and sell. uniquen has no control and cannot be held accountable or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness, or correctness of the items sold. uniquen offers an intermediary online-marketplace / online-platform to facilitate transactions or close deals.
Still, uniquen, to the best of its ability and in compliance with our Terms of Use, will mediate between the Buyer and the Seller in case of a dispute about the bid and received item.
In order to present a legit complain, the Buyer must notify uniquen, immediately after receiving the purchased item and in full detail, cause and reason for disagreement. uniquen will try to solve any disputes objectively and in good faith.
If uniquen’s best effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved are not successful, Buyer and Seller are free to exercise their rights over the agreed deal amongst themselves and uniquen will not be held liable to pay any damages or any other compensation to any of the parties.
All Contracts of Sale between Seller and Buyer agreed through our online-marketplace / online-platform are governed by Irish law.
